Design, integrate, or test photonics systems or components
Analyze system performance or operational requirements
Develop or test photonic prototypes or models
Determine applications of photonics appropriate to meet product objectives or features.
Oversee or provide expertise on manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication processes.
Train operators, engineers, or other personnel.
Write reports or research proposals.
Security Clearance: Will require ability to get a DoD Top Secret clearance with polygraph
PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 4-6 years of Photonics experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
Knowledge of optical modelling tools
