Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications
Determines design approaches and parameters.
Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May also review vendor capability to support product development
Convert high-level specification to RTL/Verilog design modules
Convert schematics into AMS/DMS (wreal/real) models
Ability to generate netists, run DMS/AMS simulations and regressions
Identify mixed-signal verification/validation metrics and map them into chip-level specification and verification plan
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or related field
Good knowledge of schematic based circuit design using Virtuoso and ADE
Good knowledge of Verilog, Verilog AMS and System Verilog
Good communication and problem solving skills
Ability to run front end digital design flow (synthesis, power, DFT, timing analysis, CDC/other)
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or related field
Prior AMS experience
Good understanding of backend PnR flow
High-speed semi-custom data path design using 65nm to 16nm technology
Ability to do post silicon bringup, debugging and correlation
Provide config-view management and testbench support for mixed signal design
Identify areas of improved partitioning and ability to create checkers in mixed signal design
Good understanding of mixed signal verification methodology, platform and tests for optical products using UVM, System Verilog
Ability to create re-usable IP and integrate using automation
Highly collaborative, share ideas and knowledge with team members across the organization
